Method

Ingredients
- 1 litre water
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp marine collagen
- 200 g firm tofu, cubed
- 2 sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 spring onion
- Wakame seaweed (optional)
Method
- Heat the water over medium heat.
- Add miso and collagen, stir well.
- Add tofu and mushrooms, cook 5 min.
- Serve with spring onion and seaweed 🌿
